The apartment is located on the fourth floor and comprises: An entrance hall with a large cupboard, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and induction hob, and opens onto a living room with quality furnishings, modern décor, a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. There is also an open-plan loggia (10 m²) with uninterrupted sea views and views of Cap d'Agde and the Pyrenees. The apartment comes with its own private parking space within the residence. Everything you need for a pleasant stay, with all the comforts you could wish for! Code Piscine: 1456\. Code Portillon: 5896. Additional charges: Tourist tax/electricity during the heating season.
