Holiday rentals in Sète: This 25m2 air-conditioned apartment is located 500 m from the beach, on the 1st and last floor, of a quiet residence made up of a group of small villas. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed (130), television and an equipped kitchenette (2 hotplates, fridge, microwave, dishwasher). In the bedroom, you will find a 140 bed and a storage cupboard. The bathroom (shower, sink) is separate from the WC. You will also have a 7m terrace with garden table and chairs. A parking space is provided at number 500, in this residence with caretaker. It is closed by an automatic barrier. You will have WIFI access. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)  
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
