Situated on the third floor with easy access to the lift, it overlooks the city and offers views of the hills from afar. It features three bedrooms and a bright open-plan living room with a sofa, a dining table set and a flat-screen TV.

To admire the town\\'s natural beauty, there are hiking trails at a 4-minute walking distance. You can enjoy your lazy days entertaining yourself at the movie and performing arts theatres or visit nearby supermarkets (if you prefer to cook), all a 5-7-minute walk away.  
  
Perfect for families with children, there is an aquarium and many parks in less than 7 minutes on foot. For exploring the historic and cultural attractions, places like Torre Marconi, Oratorio Santa di Caterina, Statua ‘il Pescatorello’ are worth visiting within a walking distance of 8-12 minutes.   
Alternatively, you can have a good time at night, dancing at the Disco Club by the beach, a 14-minute walk away.  
Genoa International Airport is the closest airport, approximately 50 minutes away by car.

Points forts : Propreté

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es war sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer sauber. Einzelne Mangelpunkte:Geschirrspüler Tabs und Waschmittel fehlten. Keine Duvetbezüge.
