Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Baia Domizia, in a sunny position, 250 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property 30 ha (fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, 2 swimming pools (24 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 14.May. - 21.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, hot tub, tennis (extra), basketball, boccia, beach volleyball, terrace, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, bistro with TV, WiFi, fitness room, shopping facilities, kiosk, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises.
