### Mobilehome with air conditioning, terrace and pool

The detached mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.  
  
**Holiday resort**  
National category 4 stars, reception (safe), 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, supermarket, kiosk and launderette. For relaxing moments and good food, the village offers a self-service restaurant-pizzeria, a bar with satellite TV, and an artisanal ice cream parlour, all open throughout the season.  
  
Guests have at their disposal a well-stocked supermarket, fresh fruit and vegetables, a newsagent’s, a tobacconist’s and a bazaar, all open throughout the season. The village also offers various basic services such as a safe deposit at reception, laundry service, car wash service, free Wi-Fi in the communal areas, a games room, a medical station (in high season and at set times) and transfers to/from Naples and Rome airports (for a fee). Some services may incur additional charges.  
  
**Location**  
Baia Domizia. The mobilehome is located on a campsite, on a 300000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. Well-kept green areas with palm trees Located in the Garigliano Park, in the beautiful setting of the Gulf of Gaeta, the campsite offers a holiday full of fun and relaxation, immersed in history and beauty. The more than a kilometer long beach promenade and the numerous services make it a popular destination for even the most demanding guests. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. At the campsite, the roving Driving is not permitted on motorcycles.

For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.  
  
**Pool**  
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children's pool. With over 1,600 m2 of water areas, the holiday village offers pools for every taste: a children's pool, a half-Olympic pool for swimming enthusiasts, and an irregularly shaped pool with a whirlpool area. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers (for a fee) and the use of swimming caps is required. The pools are open throughout the campsite season from 10:00 to 18:00.

**Leisure**  
In the complex: gym, tennis (1 court), table tennis and bike rental. Animation for children. Adult animation. From 1 June to 31 August, Baia Domizia offers an entertainment programme full of activities for young and old. With a mini club, beach games, treasure hunts, face painting, mini Olympics and theatre workshops, every day is full of fun! For sports enthusiasts, the campsite offers a wide range of facilities: a gym, beach volleyball courts, basketball, football, table tennis, beach tennis and more. Activities such as bike hire, tennis, small-sided football, pedal boating, canoeing, windsurfing, water skiing, wakeboarding and banana boating (some for a fee) are also available.

Excursion destinations: Caserta (approx. 50 km) with royal palace and palace park, Amalfi and Sorrento, islands of Capri and Ischia. Gaeta approx. 28 km. **In summer:** Mediterranean Sea 100 m in Baia Domizia (beach 100 m in Baia Domizia with sand). Mini golf in Baia Domizia 2.8 km. Tennis in Cellole 6.3 km. Gently sloping, free and organised section with direct access. Beach service for a fee.

The entrance to your mobile home leads directly into the living kitchen. **Living room** with dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 2 sun loungers). **Bedroom** with 1 double bed. **2 bedrooms each** with 2 single beds. **Kitchenette** **in the living kitchen** with electric stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer compartment). **Bathroom** with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
