"Best thing about it would be its location. Thats about it. Sevices were so bad. Employees lack sense of hospitality and don't seem happy about their jobs or helping guests. It's not about making you feel comfortable during your stay... so different to Paris and Barcelona hotels where they treated us with care and kindness and wanted to makes us feel comfortable and welcomed. Rooms are smaller than what they look like on videos and pictures. You can barely walk around your bedroom. And it was a clean place to get some rest. But, other than that I wouldn't recommend staying here. They are very stuck up and rude. They didn’t even asked us how was our stay or if we wanted breakfast or anything at all. At our checkout they were like “are you checking out! ? Give me the card and room number. Done!” Very dry treatment"

"Room was great, modern feel and comfortable in all areas that you would expect from a city hotel. The Breakfast was a disappointment, stayed at many hotels over the years and this breakfast is not worth adding to your costs. Lots of places to get food on the doorstep of the hotel so thats a better option. I usually don't mind paying for hotel breakfast for the convenience with kids but this was poor overall."

"Great hotel in a Madrid Suburb. The buses stop right outside the door across the street, the Metro is across the street. There are plenty of restaurants that are open late all around the hotel within walking distance. Because it is a small suburb there are plenty of pharmacies, tobacco stores, little bodegas ... it's fabulous. You can find anything you want. There was a massive heatwave happening during our visit and the air conditioning in the hotel was exceptional. If you stay the breakfast buffet is perfect!!! I would definitely stay again and I think the hotel really made me love Madrid even more."

"The staff at this hotel are very friendly and polite. They really made a difference to our stay. The hotel was nice and was kept very clean. This hotel would be great for lively couples or friends. Our disappointment was the noise level throughout the hotel. It was impossible to get any peace at all, including in our room. Since discovering it was an autism friendly hotel, we had high hopes. On arrival our son recieved an autism friendly gift bag, which was so kind and thoughtful. This really made such a difference to us, and it was highly appreciated. We requested a quiet room ahead of time and expressed our concerns regarding noise because we have an autistic son. At no point did the hotel inform us that this hotel would not be suitable. The way the hotel is set up, there is no way to escape the noise throughout this hotel. My son was upset and crying until the music stopped at 11pm every night. We were told that we have the quietest room in the hotel. I don't suffer from noise sensitivity myself, but I also struggled with the noise and found this frustrating. Its not a bad hotel, it just wasn't suitable for us. I just wished that the staff members could have informed us beforehand when I expressed concerns."

"Everything very Clean and organized. My only complain: there was not water to drink at the lobby nor in the room. The container at the lobby it was alway empty, and when I asked they just send me to a store to buy. I was very suprise because it was super hot and no water??? And the staff it was just ok. 👍 I have had better experiences! But thanks."

"The breakfast is very good! Plenty of choices in a very spacious dining area Very good location with the Puerta de Atocha station for buses and trains within 10 mins walk. The elevator and bathrooms are on the small size scale! Some noise at corridors from housekeeping after 8:30am Shuttle service should be considered with a fee for guests with baggage to pickup at station and return"
