An independent annexe, accessed via the garden, has an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Outside, enjoy an inviting heated infinity pool secured with an alarm system, a relaxing hot tub and a furnished terrace overlooking the property's vineyards. Please note: A small stream borders the northern edge of the property and requires caution with young children. This villa offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by picturesque vineyards and promises relaxation, comfort and breathtaking views for an unforgettable stay in the heart of wine country. About 3 minutes drive away you will find the village of Servian with all amenities (pharmacy, bakery, bar, restaurant, grocery store, supermarket, indoor swimming pool, stadium, tennis court...).
