Beautiful 44m² apartment, rated 3 stars, located on the fifth and top floor, with elevator to the 3rd, off-center and quiet, comprising an entrance with cupboards,  
a living room with equipped kitchen, 4 vitro burners, refrigerator, freezer section, multifunction microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.  
A lounge area with comfortable sofa bed for two people, a connected flat screen TV, Netflix, cupboard, a balcony facing South-West, with table and chairs.  
A bedroom with a 140 bed, a cupboard, a private shower room with WC, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a separate WC.  
Floor not accessible for rental.  
  
Ski cellar located on level 3 (ground floor) of the residence,  
WIFI in the residence.  
  
The residence "Le Bois de Marie" is a recent residence located at the exit of Barèges, on the banks of the Gave. Shops and thermal baths are a 5-minute walk away. It is secured by a digital code, on 5 floors (a few steps to access some accommodations). It has an outdoor car park but no private space, some accommodations have parking spaces or private garage. Wifi is free throughout the residence. There is a ski room and the ski bus shuttle passes 50 meters from the residence.   
  
Tourist tax: current rate / night / person aged 18 and over.   
Possibility of renting double sheets €27, single sheets €22 and towel €18\.   
Possibility of an end-of-rental cleaning from €90\.   
Deposit of €260 required.   
  
Barèges is a small village nestled in the middle of the forest at an altitude of 1,240 m, the highest spa resort in France!   
In summer and winter you can enjoy the Ciéléo thermal fun center with its starry vault and its breathtaking view of the valley.   
Come and enjoy the largest ski resort in the Hautes-Pyrénées, the free ski bus shuttle runs every 30 minutes in winter and takes you to the foot of the slopes.   
  
The keys are handed over at the Luz-Saint-Sauveur agency, 15 place du 8 mai 1945\.   
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

\- Double bed sheet rental: €27\.
