The owner lives in the house. The apartment is divided into living-room (kitchen, dining room and living room, total 45 sqm), bedroom with double bed and very large bathroom with sink, shower toilet and bathroom furniture. The apartment is completely laid out on bathroom (tiles) with laminate floor. The kitchen has a 4-ring ceramic hob including Bach oven and stainless steel extractor hood, stainless steel sink, various cabinets built in L-shape. The kitchen equipment includes, in addition to the complete dishes, pots, pans and cutlery, coffee maker, kettle. Mixers, Allessc Schneider and various other kitchen appliances. The living area has a couch, glamor, electric armchair with stand - up, streo system with large boxes, LED - reading lamp, flat screen TV with satellite receiver and air conditioning. Furthermore, they have a large glass table with 4 chairs. The Livigroom includes a large balcony with table, terrace chairs, box for upholstery and umbrella and an awning. The blinds in the Living Room are electrically operated. The bedroom has a double bed with spring mattresses, good bed bases, 2 bedside tables with reading lights, 2 chairs with a small round table and a spacious closet with built-in safe. The bathroom is about 20 square meters, fully tiled, shower glass and various furniture. The whole apartment has several dressers and sideboards with ample storage space. All furniture is brand new. The apartment has its own wifi access which can be used free of charge. De eigenaar geeft je nog tips voor een dagje uit en als je meer wilt weten gewoon vragen. We zijn hier een kleine 2 weken geweest en het heeft ons goed bevallen. Er was 1 minpuntje en dat was het kraken van het bed als je wilde omdraaien verder niets op aan te merken.
