Property Summary  
Casa Giulia is a charming single-family house located in the peaceful district of Giustagnana, just 4 km away from the center of Seravezza, Italy. Surrounded by lush trees and meadows, this large and comfortable house offers a serene vacation rental getaway perfect for families. It boasts a large terraced garden spanning 500 m2, fenced in with beautiful flowers and trees. The garden features a patio, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue, providing ample outdoor spaces for dining and relaxation. Inside, you'll find modern amenities such as Internet Wifi, air conditioning, and parking, ensuring a comfortable stay.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a spacious 500 m2 terraced garden, enclosed by beautiful flowers and trees. The garden offers a delightful outdoor experience with a patio, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation.  
  
Other Information  
Access to the property is via a steep, narrow, and bumpy motor road that leads to 50 m away from the house. Guests can park directly on the premises or use public parking on the road. Heating is available from November 1st to April 15th. Baby equipment is available upon request. Please note that a car is recommended, and cabs cannot stop directly in front of the house. Animals may be present in the neighborhood.

The house sits on a sunny slope, just 100 m away from the edge of the forest and 8 km away from the sea.

This vacation home is a spacious and bright 3-room house that spans 100 m2 over 2 levels. The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a double sofa bed, satellite TV, a flat screen, and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the veranda. The large kitchen, also located on the ground floor, features a dining table, 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only) and air conditioning, with another exit to the veranda. Additionally, there is a shower/bidet/WC on the ground floor. The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, houses 2 large double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and an exit to the terrace. The bathroom on this floor has a bath/bidet/WC.

The vacation home is equipped with several amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning is available throughout the property, including in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. Additionally, the home features a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, private patio, satellite TV, heating (available from November 1st to April 15th), microwave, and television. The maximum capacity of the home is 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
