The staff was able to provide everything we needed upon request (such as a US plug adaptor). There are several eateries on the premises and room service, but we not try any of these. Only downside is I expected a smart TV with how modern it is. I'm not sure the location of this hotel is convenient to public transport or not. But it can very quickly to access to highway for 2 airports in Seoul. The BBQ restaurants near hotel (5 minutes by walk) is surprisingly good. Therebus a CU convenient store inside hotel open 24 hours.
