We got there and the room was not ready. We got into the parking garage and there were bugs everywhere. We went up to the B1 lounge and waited for our room to be ready and we saw a huge spider and more mosquitos flying around. We finally got up to our room and there were mosquitos and other bugs in there too. My son is completely covered in mosquito bites and is so uncomfortable. My arm is bit up as well from the bugs. I know the host knew about the bugs, it is hard to ignore but he acted like he didn’t know about the bugs. We left as soon as we could in the morning.
