Wonderful location. Room bigger than expected. Reception staff poor service. The property is located on a busy street. The reception is located on the 11th floor. While rooms are below it. I needed help with my luggage. Receptionist on duty was gruff and dismissive. I asked if i could leave it downstairs at the lift lobby INSIDE. I was concerned that the taxi driver picking me up would be angry if he had to wait for me as the street is busy with traffic. The receptionist said NO, NO, you must bring it up. I said but the driver will be reluctant to wait. He said, "NO, No. Driver will wait. " I borrowed the trolley. put luggage on it and went downstairs with it to wait for taxi. I even used google translate to tell driver to please wait, i will give him extra money. I went up with trolley but was kept waiting a bit as the lifts were busy and heading in the same direction. By the time i went back downstairs, the driver was very angry with me and shouting at the top of his voice. Honestly, the hotel should have two trolleys (so that another guest can use it if the first one is in use) and allow guests to leave it downstairs if the guest is by himself.It was very horrible to be shouted at in front of everyone. The Korean receptionist should know how their taxi uncles behave. I am still very upset about this.On my first day, I already requested for help when i checked out.The receptionists were extremely unhelpful.They don't care. FIgure out a way by yourself.Don't expect service
