Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities 3人で宿泊。三階でした。 あちこち歩き回って三階へ上がるのめちゃ苦痛です。 買い物して荷物が増えてちょっと置きに帰りたいけど3階まで階段かと思うとめちゃくちゃ悩みます、笑 そしてシャワーのお湯が全然出ない。 隣の部屋の声が丸聞こえ。 conditions & facilities 写真通りで、綺麗だったのでびっくりしました。 外観も可愛い！立地も最高！！東大門中心部まで歩いて10分くらいです☆ 最寄りの駅は東大門4番出口です！ (周りにおもちゃ屋さんストリートがあるので、お子様連れは大変かも。) 唯一の弱点は階段しかないことです。 中央階段側は激せま階段なので、荷物が本当に苦労しました。 便利なところに泊まりたいけど、高すぎる明洞は諦め、東大門エリアで探してこちらの宿を見つけました。 アラフィフなので、4階はキツかった。 初日、夜中に隣の人が帰宅してしばらく賑やかだったのと、部屋が寒すぎて辛かった。 スタッフとはLINEでやり取りが出来、チェックイン前から安心感がありました。 ホテルは古いから仕方ないのか、私が泊まった部屋はベランダ？へ続く扉がきちんと施錠出来ない事に初日に気付き怖かった。 スタッフに何か頼むと、部屋にいない時にも対応してくれるのは有難かったが、防犯的にはどうだろう？と、この辺りが値段なりなのかな？ 変圧器なくても大丈夫でしたが、最初にかりた２つが使えず…さらに追加して…結局たくさんかりても使用できたのは一つのみ。 寝具は清潔でシャワーの水圧も温度もばっちり。海外のゲストハウスに慣れてる人なら文句なしだと思う シャワーがトイレにかかって嫌とか言う人はちゃんとしたホテルに泊まるべき LINEで日本語でらやりとりできるし困ることは無かったけど階段4階までの昇り降りは疲れた 東大門駅4番出口降りてポロロが左に見えたら次の路地を右に曲がると宿 ご飯屋さんも沢山あるし歩いて東大門の買い物にも行きやすいしとても良かった Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 立地が良く、スタッフの対応も良いホテルでした。 今回は、3泊4日の親子旅行でした。 ホテルの場所は、東大門駅4番出口(エスカレーター無)からまっすぐのセブンイレブンまでいかずに、その手前の餃子屋さんを右折したら右手にありました。 到着時間をあらかじめラインでお伝えしていたので、夜遅くの到着でしたがすぐ対応して頂きました。 その後の説明も丁寧で、わからないことはラインの通訳変換を使い、日本語↔️韓国語で訳してくれるので、とても分かり易く良かったてす。 空港でレンタルしたWi-Fiの調子が悪くて困っていたら、優しい女性のスタッフの方が親身に対応して頂きとても助かりました。有り難かったです。 設備としては、ドライヤー有(風圧良き)、シャンプー＆リンス、ボディーソープ有、タオルもラインで伝えれば新しいのに変えて貰えます。 歯ブラシ、スリッパ、部屋着は持参した方がよいですね！ ドライヤーは有、風力良きです。 バス停も近くにあるので、結構使いました。 マスクショップやNYUNYUからの帰りは、歩いてもそんなに遠くなかったです。 トイレとシャワーに仕切りがないので、ゆっくりとはできませんが…
