The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Although there were some minor language and communication barriers, they did not significantly affect our stay. The hotel’s location was very convenient, with easy access to various transportation options just a few minutes away.

Stayed here November 2025 for 6 nights as a solo female traveller Hotel was clean, room always warm, lots of storage space, free to use washing machine and airers, free WiFi. About 10 minute walk from Euljiro 4 subway stop which links to main subways in Seoul making travel easy. Area felt really safe to walk around and close to Myeongdong and other tourist areas. 7eleven only 2 minutes away from the hotel. Perfect stay for my first time in Seoul and hope to return in the future!

I liked how our room had a washing machine! Super convenient to be able to wash our clothes so we don't have to pack as much for trips. Hotel is also walkable to the train. Relatively quiet area too, there just happened to be some construction while we were staying here.

Fantastic Central Location with underground Parkin

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks to them, parking in the mechanical garage they have was super easy. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a cozy place in a central location in Seoul!

I did like the most having washing machine inside our room. Most especially the english speaking receptionists..all the staff on all shifts were all amazing and very helfpul in anyway they can for getting taxi,food recoomendation,directions and more! Highly recommended this hotel quiet neighborhood and close to main shopping district and attractions!will definitely will stay here again in the future!

Location is more convenient than expected. Beds were comfortable. It's an older hotel, shower configuration was a bit weird. Unfortunately there was also contruction happening next door which caused some noise disruption.

Great location, staff was very helpful recommended a nice Korean rest and cafe nearby which were both great. Room was a little small for 3 but still ok. We booked it for the washing machine. Close to train, airport limo and convenience stores.
