The taxi driver followed the route on his GPS but had to drop us off 2 blocks away from the Go Woon Dang because the road was blocked. The driver, who spoke Korean only, gestured to us that he couldn't go forward and that we would need to walk the rest of the way. Not knowing where we were and not able to speak Korean, we phoned the Go Woon Dang guesthouse and spoke to the owner. He spoke to the taxi driver who told him where were and then sent someone to come get us and lead us by foot through the meandering road back to the guesthouse.
