It was expected to be a small venue and very clean. The staff when present were very kind and friendly where our kids enjoyed the daily treats. Our only complaint would be the check in aspect where we didn’t realize there’s no staff on site and such lack of data would have proven very difficult to reach staff. We were also on the 4th floor and had not accounted for the lack of an elevator. We liked having the free laundry but unfortunately it would take 4-6hours to dry a load. This hotel is very clean and everything is new. I liked the atmosphere and vibe. Hip, clean and fancy. I would defiantely stay here again. Rooms are small but there is storage under the bed, you can store your luggage there. I had to open my luggage case because it was think but it was very clean. Zu Fuß sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von Seoul in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sauber, stylisch und der kostenlose (Self)-Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Keller gibt es ein kleines Kaffee - für Hotelgäste kostenlos.
