We arrived late at night, and after getting our rooms, we asked the reception desk for eating recommendations. The man behind the desk said he didn't know of any. We walked next door to the Ramada Inn Hotel, and even though we were not staying there, the concierge courteously indicated on a map the many restaurants two blocks away. The next day, after failing to get an Uber ride due to high demand, we requested assistance getting a taxi, and again, the reception desk person was unwilling to help.
