"We have stayed for several years and it holds a piece of our hearts. We unfortunately had a very dirty room that I had tidied after the bathroom sink had some sort of grease and or material that ruined an expensive shirt, just washing my hands at arrival. The bedding was dirty, there were crumbs found and the pillows had noticeable dirt/makeup and had a very strong body odor filthy scent on one beds’ pillows which caused us to be awake to await for clean pillows until 430-5am, very disappointing. We were there for one night and everything else was superb. "

"The hotel looked vibrant on the outside. On the inside is calm, clean, and had coffee and water available at all times. The rooms were clean and I mean clean. I usually have a magic erase. It was not needed. But what was most impressive, and to me, carries the most weight, was the custom service. Top notch! Can’t remember her name but she was amazing "

"Not sure what was up with staff refused to give us more wash cloths and towels asked for a roll of TP because I have a week bladder. And they acted like it came out of their paycheck. We have stayed may places but this one took the case. sad when you have to go purchase TP and towels and wash cloths to use. We were staying here do to my husband in hospital and didn't need anymore stress I think motel could be better if they tried "
