« No toaster, clean side of washer and dryer with lints, didn’t use the machine. Small hole in front of door and left dish rug for next people to use, under the stove grill was not clean, but didn’t get to clean it. We would have stay another night, graduation was over. We really like your place. »

« I can’t say enough about this lovely little home. Its location was perfect for short trips to Sedona, Jerome, Camp Verde, Cottonwood, etc. It felt like home, so comfortable. Our host, Colleen, was friendly and easily accessible for any questions we had. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful getaway for my birthday weekend; Verde Railroad trip, quaint restaurants and shops. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. »

« Where to start, the stunning views on the way down to the property, the convenient location that's close to town yet tucked away, or the wonderful casita itself.Linda was a wonderful host who was responsive, helpful, and most importantly, made us feel like we were truly guests in someones home. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations as well. The casita is so well decorated, clean, and well thought out. « This house is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our weekend stay in Cottonwood. Our favorite part was the beautifully landscaped front yard, where we could hear live music from one of the nearby bars on Main street. Our whole family (incl. 2 kids and a dog) spent each evening sitting out in the front yard enjoying the weather, scenery, and music. »
