The property spans a spacious 600 m2 and features a shared swimming pool measuring 10 x 3 m with a depth of 150 cm, seasonally available from March 15th to November 15th. Soak up the sun on the terrace, unwind in the garden with comfortable furniture, and savor the aroma of grilled delights from the barbecue area. An outdoor shower adds to the convenience and enjoyment of your outdoor experience.

Unit Layout  
The "Marina (SNJ107)" is a 3-room apartment with a total area of 53 square meters, located on the ground floor. It underwent renovations in 2019, ensuring a modern and fresh living environment for your vacation. The living/dining room features a comfortable sofabed, satellite TV, and air conditioning for your convenience. This area provides direct access to the balcony, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with satellite TV and air conditioning for your comfort. This room also has an exit leading to the balcony. The second bedroom offers two beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, and an exit to the balcony as well.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have all the necessary appliances for preparing delicious meals during your stay. Additionally, the apartment features two separate showers and toilets for your convenience. Please note that there is no heating option available in this property. However, the balcony offers a delightful outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy the provided balcony furniture while taking in the scenic views of the sea.
