Service deutlich verbesserungsfähig

Eigentlich ein top Hotel. Mit super Wellnessbereich. Das Personal beim Frühstück lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Die Damen waren die ganze Zeit mit sich selbst beschäftigt und nur am quatschen. Für einen Gruß hat es nicht gereicht, geschweige an der Bedienung. Die einzigen Worte, die sie mit Gästen gewechselt haben, war die Frage nach der Zimmernummer.

Et rigtig dejligt ophold med god seng, stor & lækker spa afdeling og venligt og servicemindet personale. der manglede lidt personale ved indcheckning - det burde være en klokke mange kunne ringe på hvis de ikke er der (ventede 15min på der kom en) aftensmaden var ikke noget specielt, - smagte fint, men måske jeg fik bestilt det forkerte efter min smag. God øl fra mindre bryggeri.

Eine schöne Möglichkeit, Ruhe mit Wellness und Kulinarik zu genießen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auf sehr hohem Niveau und beinhaltet viele interessante Produkte. Mein Eindrücke vom Zimmer sind Positiv. Ein großer Wellness Bereich den ich aber nicht Nutzen konnte Aufgrund Gesundheitlichen Problemen. Die Restaurants sind sehr innovativ Ausgestattet und Versprühen Charme und Noblesse. Ich kann dieses Wellness Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen !

Sehr gutes Wellnesshotel in der Lausitz!

Sehr gutes Wellnesshotel in der Lausitz zum super Preis. Keine Parkgebühren, 4 Ladesäulen direkt vor dem Hotel. Sehr freundlicher Check-In, sehr große Zimmer, sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Am See gelegen, idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Joggen, wandern oder Radfahren.

Das Hotel hat einen speziellen Baustil und ebenso die Einrichtung, man muss es mögen. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. Ein Hotel, man sich da Wohlfühlen. Das Personal, Rezeption entspricht nicht den Sternen ****plus im Restaurant aber ja. Zu diesen preisen komme ich wieder.

Mir hat gefallen, dass man dort wirklich sehr gut entspannen kann. Das. Ambiente und die Ausstattung sind hervorragend. Man braucht zwar eine Weile um sich zu orientieren aber deswegen wirkt es auch nicht so überlaufen. Ich würde mir noch mehr Aufgüsse in den Saunen wünschen und vielleicht noch ein whirlpool. Das Frühstück war üppig und köstlich. Das Restaurant ist hochpreisig und hat für mich zu kleine Portionen aber die Qualität ist ausgezeichnet. Ich würde jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen Pärchen Wellness Urlaub. Die Suite war groß, jedoch für den Preis von über 300 Euro pro Nacht sehr abgelebt. Die Farbe an der WC Tür platzt an mehreren Stellen ab und die Lüftung im WC war defekt und klapperte laut. Da es im Zimmer keine Klimaanlage gab, war es durch die sommerlichen Temperaturen und nur ein Fenster das sich öffnen ließ, sehr warm. Ein bereitgestellter Ventilator konnte das Raumklima leider nicht verändern. Die Anlage war sehr schön gepflegt und die Wellnessangebote toll. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, jedoch für ein Luxushotel teilweise nicht professionell genug (Handwerker im Blaumann läuft durch den Saunabereich, kein Mitarbeiter trägt Namensschild, Mitarbeiter tragen Jogginghosen obwohl sie nicht im Sportbereich tätig sind). Die Lage des Hotels ist jedoch wunderschön und das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.
