Discover an artistic haven at Villa Lenu, located in the heart of Seminyak. First opened in 2024, the six-bedroom villa exudes sleek modernity, featuring unique details and paintings that give each room its own character. The design of the space curves around a manicured lawn and a photogenic pool with a row of day beds.

Situated on a peaceful stretch of road, just one turn away from Seminyak’s most vibrant attractions, the villa is perfect for those that love exploring on foot. Take a relaxing stroll around the neighbourhood to discover delicious dining options and cozy coffee corners, and make your way to Seminyak Beach to enjoy its iconic sunsets.

Built over an area of 1,000 sqm, this villa has four spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The second floor offers two additional ensuite bedrooms, including one with a studio area and pantry.

An interconnected living room, kitchen, and dining area are located on the ground floor — these face a stunning courtyard, centred around a 2m-deep pool with turquoise tiles and brilliant facets that evoke the shape of gem stones. Next to it is a sheltered seating area where you can relax after a refreshing dip.

FLOORS:
Villa Lenu occupies two floors:
- Ground Floor: Main entrance, air-conditioned living room, indoor dining area, four bedrooms including master bedroom, yoga bale, kitchen and swimming pool.
- Second Floor: Two bedrooms.

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING:
- This property is designed to comfortably sleep 12 adults only. Additional guests are unfortunately not allowed.
- Extra beds are not available at this property.

LIVING AREAS:
- The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen.
- There’s also an outdoor sitting area by the pool.

ENTERTAINMENT:
- High-speed WiFi throughout and indoor living area equipped with 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix and a JBL bluetooth speakers.

KITCHEN & DINING:
- The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, Breville coffee machine, microwave, freezer, ice maker, blender, toaster, stove, rice cooker, panini grill, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

- The villa has a main indoor dining area that features a rectangular table that seats 10 guests and 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar.

- Private Chef service is available upon request at extra charge; All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast upon request) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

WELLNESS:
- Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga.
- Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge.
- In-villa treatments are available on request at extra charge.

PARKING:
Sufficient parking space available for 2 cars or 10 motorbikes.

FOR FAMILIES:
- Baby cot is charged at USD $10 per unit per day.
- High chair is charged at USD $5 per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available upon request at extra charge.
- Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

- Measuring 10m x 6m x 1.5m Chlorinated Pool;
- Shallow end for kids;
- The pool is set to normal temperature;
- There are four pool umbrellas;
- Pool towels are provided.

Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027 and 26 Mar 2028.
