The beach villa - holiday apartments close to the beach in Sellin, each with 60 sqm On the ground floor of the beach villa, five light-flooded 2- and 3-room apartments, each with around 60 square meters, offer all conceivable luxury for two to four people. Each apartment is of high quality and individually furnished, has a furnished balcony with grill and a fully equipped designer kitchen that is tastefully integrated into the spacious living and dining area. Exclusive baths, sauna (except apt. Beach grass) and a fireplace provide relaxing wellness moments. All year round, the underfloor heating under the high-quality oak flooring creates a pleasant room climate. In addition to state-of-the-art entertainment electronics, W-LAN is of course also available free of charge everywhere, while your mobile pedestal protects the underground car park (max. Access height 2.10 m). Elegant penthouse apartments of 93 sqm each Five further apartments extend as penthouse apartments over the first floor and the top floor of the beach villa. With around 93 square meters of space, they are designed for a maximum of four people and, in addition to their high-quality designer kitchen, they delight three comfortable rooms, two ensuite bathrooms and a guest toilet with an absolutely exclusive interior. Large windows let in plenty of daylight, so that the noble colors and shapes of the oak planking and the carefully selected, individual furniture really come into their own. One of the many highlights is definitely the spacious living and dining area with its integrated designer kitchen, the exclusive equipment of which perfectly combines functionality and comfort. Seasonally comfortable seating and a BBQ grill invite you to relax on the large, south-west facing roof terrace under the fully automatic sun shade. Below, on the first floor, two elegantly furnished bedrooms and exclusive en-suite bathrooms are waiting to be discovered by you. Here is also the Finnish colored light sauna, which you can use at any time for your individual pampering program. The underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures a pleasant room climate and also supports your relaxation.
