The well-kept holiday complex in resort architecture is located 800 meters from the south beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. Sellin's landmark and main attraction is without a doubt the 400 meter long pier with restaurant. Originally built in 1906, it was destroyed twice over the years and was completely demolished in 1978\. The new building was built in the 1990s based on the old model and since 1998 it has once again risen proudly above the sea. The bright white houses of the holiday park give your vacation something extraordinary. A transfer from the train station of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz to Seepark Sellin can be offered for a fee and with prior registration. The newly developed marina is located in Sellin's Seedorf district, but the old seafaring village of Seedorf is a real feast for the eyes not only for sailors but also for landlubbers. Highlights: All guests receive a year-round discount of 25% on the entrance fee to the AHOI Rügen bathing and adventure world with their spa card All consumption-dependent energy costs included WiFi included Extensive baby equipment included Cable TV with Sky reception (discovery), Cinema TV in all apps included Activities nearby: AHOI! Bathing and adventure world with a 100 m long water slide, current channel, sunbathing bay, outdoor pool, children's pool with pirate ship as well as whirlpools and a varied sauna area with 6 different themed saunas. A boat and SUP rental and a surfing school are located in the town. Or take an adventure ride on the Rasende Roland, which also stops at Seepark Sellin. With this historic small-gauge railway, model railway dreams come to life. At a leisurely 30 kilometers per hour, the whole family can travel to the next coffee in one of the other towns on Rügen and discover the beautiful island of Rügen. Note: From November 10th to November 21st, 2025, the AHOI bathing and adventure world will be closed due to maintenance work.
