We arrived at 4 pm and nobody was there. We did not get an email. ( yes we checked junk mail) Tried to call the property. Nobody picked up. We waited some time and tried calling again then decided to go ask in the nearby shop whether they know anything. Thats when we received a text with the code to a key box. The door wouldnt open. We managed after 30 min of trying. The owner did not react to our text asking for help. Finally in the dome it was freezing cold. Only two small portable heaters that we then turned on. Not a pleasant experience.
