We were absolutely delighted with the home—the cleanliness, decor, comfort, and amenities were fantastic! We had 10 people stay from 18 months to 88 years old! There is a lovely, large dining area directly off the kitchen, a large open space kitchen that leads to a spacious main living area.The location within Bayside was superb. We faced the golf course on a very quiet road. The Bayside pools, restaurants, and golf course were so convenient. It was a simple 20 minute drive to Bethany Beach. I needed a new booking after a last minute cancelation and was blown away Michael’s hospitality. As someone who has been to Bayside many times, this is one of the most beautiful houses in the neighborhood. The location is central yet away from any noise and has a beautiful view from just the front steps. Inside is immaculate, very spacious and had everything I needed. The bedrooms are all large and many separate bathrooms. Living room is perfect for hanging around and relaxation. Finally, Michael was extremely responsive to any of my questions. The check in guide he provides upfront details so much useful information - I had never stayed with a host who was so thorough. Overall I can’t recommend this house enough. Simply put…this house is absolutely amazing. The host Michael is friendly and very helpful and everything you could possibly need while on vacation is already there plus a few really nice surprises. Trust me when I tell you to just bring your bathing suit!! The decor is superb, the kitchen is fully stocked, garage is full of bikes and beach equipment including beach chairs, a cooler and a wagon. The bedrooms are large and airy and they even have a pack-n-play and toddler bed for the kiddos. For our annual family vacation we absolutely will request this house again and compare all future properties to this one!! ##### Karen C. Comfort and convenience on every level make this a standout vacation rental. The luxurious and spacious bedroom on the first floor provided excellent accessibility for our seniors. Those who had to attend work meetings appreciated the comfortable office. The cooks appreciated the well-stocked spice cabinet. The children loved the kids’ room. Each detail made this home away from home a veritable oasis. This beautiful Bayside home is within a short walk to many community amenities. Crabby Matty’s was a pleasant surprise. Michael’s attentiveness and genuine concern about our stay was refreshing. I especially appreciated the detailed notes he provided in the Hostfully app. We didn’t have to guess about anything. Amazing home in a beautiful community! I can’t say enough about this beautiful home. We came to the shore for a celebration of life and we had five couples stay here. It was absolutely perfect. Not only is it gorgeous, but every little detail was thought about. The bedrooms were all perfectly adorned with towels, linens, even little chocolates by the bed. There’s a lovely gas, fire pit, outback, where we could relax after a long day. It’s a quick 10 minute drive to the beach yet all of the conveniences that you would need are right around the corner, like a grocery store at liquor store, and food. The property owner checked in with me every day to make sure that I had everything I needed. A true perfect trip! ##### Terri S.
