Our home was large and in the newer neighborhood at Bayside. We've been coming to Bayside for more than 7 years and this home was the cleanest and had the most equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for everyone and we love the location because we can drive to Bethany or to the boardwalk in OC in less than 30 minutes. Our property manager, Brian, was very nice and handled our concern promptly. We didn't have any concerns with our property but called Brian regarding an issue with our neighbor's outside faucet running constantly for 5 days causing part of our yard to become very muddy and he came out and handled the problem.
