The 2-storey property impresses guests with its modern decor and excellent location and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms. The house can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, cable television, a children's bed and a highchair. In your private outdoor area you will find a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. Start your morning outside on your furnished terrace and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the area. Within 6 minutes walking you will reach shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and a bakery. The nearest supermarket is located a 10-minute walk from the house (850 m). The Strandbad Chiemsee beach awaits your visit 8 minutes away on foot (700 m) where you relax under the sun and admire the stunning scenery. This is the perfect accommodation for nature and sport enthusiasts as the area boasts many walking trails and cycling paths as well as beautiful scenery. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed upon request (1-2 dogs are allowed). A bicycle rental is located directly opposite. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Seebruck. Die Ausstattung das Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir durften schon früher einchecken was sehr nett war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief bestens. Wir haben direkt gegenüber Fahrräder gemietet und haben damit schöne Touren gemacht. Das einzige was uns ein bisschen gefehlt hat, ist ein Ganzkörperspiegel. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ##### Yves H.
