This house features a brand new kitchen with all new appliances, gas cooktop, and quartz countertops. Fully stocked with everything you need to cook!

West Sedona is an unbeatable location that offers instant access to Sedona's best restaurants and Whole Foods is less than 3 mins drive. Also is an entry point to some of Sedona's most scenic hiking trails. Traffic in Uptown and Village of Oak Creek area is notoriously difficult but West Sedona is spared these frustrations.

Will not be staying here again

Overall I was super disappointed with the stay at this rental. The floors were so dirty my feet and socks were black. You could tell the cleaning team came in and did a basic wipe down of everything. There were roaches everywhere. The master bathroom shower had mold. The secondary bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly. Once you turned the jets to the hot tub on there with a film of brown over the water and bubbles. It definitely was not worth the amount I paid to stay at this rental.

Great location, comfy home, super quiet

This property is perfectly located outside the main traffic that surrounds Sedona. Beds are very comfy and the home is dead quiet. Super peaceful place to stay. The hot tub is a great additional amenity. Clean and bright house. Would rent again.

Great Location-Quiet Neighborhood-Immaculate

Located just a block off 89a in West Sedona, this spacious single story open-concept house is within 10 minutes of numerous hiking trails, restaurants and a Safeway. The house is immaculately maintained and renter has use of a private backyard spa and a garage. We enjoyed having the option to cook in a fully appointed kitchen rather than eating in a restaurant every day. Clearly posted instructions and videos are provided for the operation of everything in the house. We used only the king bed in the master, but found it to be comfortable. Large closets with lots of hangers and storage for suitcases. The bathtub in the master is a soaking tub, nice after a day of hiking if it's too chilly to use the hot tub. Thanks to Carlos and Pam for a wonderful 2 weeks in Sedona!

Great Sedona Home!

We absolutely loved this house and will definitely stay here again! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. Although we didn’t need to use them, they even had a playyard (baby crib) and an air mattress. The neighborhood is so pretty and peaceful. Location-wise, it is perfect and close to everything in Sedona. It definitely exceeded our expectations!

Great house & hot tub. Good location and close to lots of trails, but a little bit far from the Sedona Classics: Hiline, Hog, & Hangover. The master bed mattress is OK. The queen memory foam bed was awesome, except my kid claimed it. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was clean.

Great location / large home

We did our research being seasoned VRBO renters. Pics of this home are great . The massive living room picture window is a bit busy and the trees are much more grown than in the picture we saw. The best view is from the kitchen nook. The kitchen is updated, and enough pots and pans to cook anything.. the beds were cozy. Bathrooms clean but dated. The carpet is a bit stained and could use a deep cleaning. The bbq worked great. Jacuzzi is lg and acceptable. Wish the master had a tv. Non of the bedrooms did. We were sold on the view in the living room. Just do your research, there’s hundreds of home rentals in Sedona. All n all a nice place. But not five stars.

Awesome property in West Sedona

We were looking for a nice place to stay for a few days in West Sedona - my wife and I, as well as our adult kids. We found this gem of a property and decided to book it for our trip. So happy we did! Fit our needs perfectly. Bedrooms were a perfect size, views from the family room were beautiful and the kitchen was well appointed. Made use of the grill and the hot tub, both of which were excellent. Communications with the owners (Pam and Carlos) were among the best we've ever had with a VRBO. Carlos answered any questions we had quickly and had detailed instructions for everything. The location was excellent - close to everything we wanted to do, but far enough out of the busiest areas that it was calm and quiet. Pam and Carlos - thanks for helping to make our stay special!

This is by far one of the best homes we’ve rented through VRBO. Very clean. Well stocked with nice linens, paper goods, and kitchen supplies. Carlos was very helpful before our arrival and we had no issues. I would stay here again. Sedona is beautiful. And this home was the icing on the cake. Thank you for a great week in AZ.
