The house was located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood in close proximity to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoyed the spectacular views. Enjoyed coffee on the deck and a nice place to hang with family in the living room. The management company is a bit aggressive with the numerous texts/emails about upselling early checkin/late checkout and threats to charge an additional half day rent if you’re still there at 10:01 am, but I guess that’s just part of trying to turn a lot of properties quickly. We really enjoyed staying at this property. It has such fantastic views! We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and just soaking it in. The house itself is quite wonderful and well appointed. There seemed to be everything we needed and more! It is walkable to uptown. I will say it’s quite dark when walking back at night and there aren’t any sidewalks. This would not deter me from staying here again though. We will be back! The home was clean and well appointed. My only suggestion is adding blackout curtains or even just more robust blinds to the bedrooms because the rooms are full brightness levels as soon as the sun comes up. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Just going for a walk in the neighborhood felt like a gorgeous hike (we even encountered deer). It is also ideally situated near many hikes, shops and restaurants (many within walking distance). The decor in the home is inviting and the bathrooms and other main areas seemed renovated.
