Welcome to Sedona Red Mountain Retreat, a stunning southwest-style house boasting mesmerizing views of the red rocks and nestled right next to the National Forest with trails just steps away. Located in West Sedona, this property offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, with shops, restaurants, and popular attractions nearby. This spacious house spans 2,300 square feet, offering ample room for relaxation and entertainment featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Walk through a scenic courtyard to the private entrance and into an open floor plan with high wood beam ceilings and an abundance of natural light. Living Room: The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and provides access to the upper deck. Guests can unwind in the leather sectional seating while enjoying entertainment on the 65” Smart TV or the gas fireplace. Kitchen: The sleek and fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare a full meal. Dining Area: There are two separate dining areas, one with a bistro table seating 4 and a formal dining table seating 6. A six-person outdoor dining table has also been added under a stylish pergola, perfect for alfresco meals with a view. Bedrooms / Bathrooms: Master Bedroom – King bed, 50” Smart TV, full-size sleeper sofa, en suite bathroom with double vanities, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. Please note, the fireplace is non-operational and serves as a decorative element only. Bedroom 2 – King bed, 43” Smart TV, access to full shared bathroom. The 3 rooms are spaced out so there’s privacy. Just be aware that one of the bedrooms is a walk away from a shared bathroom. The primary suite is huge and the house is kind of in a U shape. Great views from both patios. We even saw a javelina walking the property. Comfortable living room and big kitchen with lots of space to spread out. The only things we missed was a full length mirror and morning essentials to make a cup of coffee. The neighborhood is nice to take a morning walk in and the garage was easy for parking. Just note, the keypad is programmed to let you in at exactly check-in time. We tried it 15 min early and it wouldn’t unlock until exactly 4pm. ##### Stacy N. We were here for three nights with my family - six of us in all. We had a wonderful time! The place is big and spacious - 3 bedrooms - to accommodate all of us comfortably. The view from house is spectacular! It’s a beautiful adobe-style house - we absolutely loved the place!!The check-in and check-out process is effortless and smooth. Having the pool in the heat of the summer is a blessing! My kids - all over 18 - thoroughly enjoyed using it after a hike every day. Good grocery stores - Whole Foods and Safeway - are a short drive away from the property, so we cooked all our meals. The kitchen is well appointed with all the utensils. The staff is friendly and courteous - we forgot to take the trash out before we left, but we informed them and they were understanding.Overall each one of us had a great time and will definitely be back!! It is in a peacefully tranquil neighborhood. The rooftop deck was my favorite area, as it bear witness to serene sunrises and gorgeous sunsets. The house is spotless. We only had one issue during our stay, which was addressed immediately and thoroughly. We enjoyed the courtyard with its pool, hot tub, and dining area. We would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion I could make would be to add a Keurig. The home is beautiful and the view is spectacular. Set in a nice neighborhood, the location was perfect for us. The home itself had everything needed for our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect for after a long hike. We enjoyed star gazing from the back porch in the evening. We liked that the house was tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still only a 10-15 minute drive from tons of great dining! Only two of us stayed, but the house has ample space for 6 people. \*Extra tip - the hiking guide book the host supplies is an excellent tool! We took it out with us which allowed us to challenge ourselves with some more challenging hikes we wouldn’t have found otherwise! ##### Jeff l.
