Located in the sought-after Village of Oak Creek is the gorgeous Sedona Piñon Woods. You will have up-close views of the red rock vistas while the home embraces you in luxury. The home backs up to a beautiful desert wash with plenty of trees providing privacy and peaceful views. You will be close to many Sedona amenities including golf courses, hiking and biking trails, as well as many restaurant and shopping options. This two-level home has been completely remodeled and offers 2,749 square feet, holding three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to easily accommodate up to six guests. After walking through the front covered patio, you'll enter the home through the double doors and step into the main-level great room - the living room, kitchen and dining area — all offering a bright and open ambiance. Living Room: This room offers a modern design and comfortable sofa and chairs, a decorative fireplace (not operational) and a 55” Smart TV and cable TV. Exit through the double French doors to enjoy the outdoor living space and views. Kitchen: The chef's kitchen is fully equipped and offers high-end stainless steel appliances including a five-burner Bertazzoni gas range with a convenient pot filler. You'll love the custom cabinets, a farm-style sink, and stone counters. The convenient and moveable center island offers lots of prep space while the kitchen bar has seating for three. Dining Area: The dining area has seating for up to eight with surrounding windows and views offering a delightful dining experience. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Grand Master Bedroom (main level)— King size bed, Smart TV with cable, a decorative fireplace (not operational), and access to the patio. Received check in information prior and codes for garage and front entry. Good communication. The property is wonderful for a quiet relaxing change from busy Sedona traffic. The neighborhood feels tucked away from the business area and was very peaceful. The back patio in particular was a great gathering place with gas grill and a natural area to spot birds and the occasional rabbit. Pulling out of the driveway required a bit of care but we were advised to use the landscaped gravel area as a turn around and that worked fine. Being in the Village of Oak Creek was much more relaxing than being in the busy downtown Sedona area! The only small complaint is seeing traffic on the street when coming out of the driveway. We are parents who brought our two daughters and two of their friends to Arizona for their college spring break. This house was perfect for us. Everything is clean and new, and the views are amazing. Highly recommended! We cooked almost all our meals in the house. It has a well- equipped kitchen, and a dining table that seats eight. The grocery store, Clark's, was four minutes away, and they had everything we needed, even with two vegetarians. We were able to get our own streaming services on the TV, and the beds were very comfortable. It was especially nice to have a washer and dryer in the house, because it meant we could pack light. The neighborhood is lovely—safe and quiet with nice neighbors. It's a great place to go for a walk or run. If you are visiting during spring break times, it is a big plus to be in the Village of Oak Creek rather than Sedona proper due to the traffic in Sedona (unless you plan to walk everywhere). Oak Creek is smaller, of course, and doesn't have all the shopping, but it has good restaurants, a gym and a yoga studio, plus Clark's Grocery, which also has a pharmacy. That was everything we needed. The purpose of our trip was hiking, rock-climbing and visiting cliff dwellings. There are so many nearby hikes, that it was hard to choose. I recommend avoiding the most famous ones during spring break as they are very crowded. We also went up to the Grand Canyon, which was terrific, but the accommodations were not as nice as this house! ##### Jessica G. We did have an issue with the dishwasher leaking when we tried to use it and had to wait for it to be repaired until the next day but the repair person was great! The oven part of the stove was very difficult to use however, it shut off on its own several times and took googling to figure out to even use it. A few of the finishes could use some work, such as the tub in the master bath tub ran slow and took forever to fill up. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again! ##### Melanie S. Great views from back porch(wonderful wildlife sightings all week), dining room, and rooftop terrace. The views driving into neighborhood are breathtaking!
