Built in 1992 and adorned with modernization over the past 5 years, this home with approximately 2,400 sq.ft. showcases a great room concept and split bedroom plan. Stunning living room with decorative fireplace and flat screen TV . Dining Room offers seating for four. Inviting kitchen boasts views of the red rocks for golf course, gas range with custom copper hood , stainless steel appliances and breakfast table for two. Step into the Master Suite bedroom through double french doors. Kingsize bed. flat screen tv and sitting area. Master bathroom highlights granite counter tops, two vanities and sperate soaking tub/custom shower. Second bedroom features queen size bed and second bathroom highlights spacious shower. A luxury experience awaits you in the newly created outdoor living space. Relax and enjoy the evening stars around the circular built in gas fire pit with cushioned sofa seating for 6\. There is a canopy lounge bed for afternoon naps or catching up on your favorite novel. True peace and relaxation are offered in this outdoor living space. The garage fits a single car(owners golf cart is in the garage) Plenty of room to park in driveway.
