You will access this charming property through the exterior courtyard. Upon entering the home, you'll step into the main living space, which seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Guests consistently comment on how bright, open, and welcoming this space feels, thanks to the abundance of windows that fill the home with natural light. Living Room: The living room features comfortable leather sofa seating, a Smart TV, and large windows that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed this property a lot and the location was just perfect. It is within walking distance to a great coffee shop (Layla's) as well as other restaurants. Our only complaint was with that management company. Upon arrival we noticed that the slider in one of the bedrooms had a lock that wasn't working at all. Called the company, gave him the information and was told it would be passed along but never received a call back. It was a little frustrating since we were four women staying and the door wouldn't lock. Luckily they did call back the next morning and was there promptly to fix the door. The home and location is beautiful. Small, quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the hot tub; especially since it snowed during our stay. Abundance of reading material and a binder with helpful information for the home and local suggestions was appreciated. Saw a squadron of javelina one morning in the backyard (outside of the fence!) The activities and games were fun, ping pong was a favorite. Would recommend to any family ##### David S. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and within a short drive to most common Sedona destinations. Even walkable to a local bakery and smoothie shop. It’s a beautiful home with everything we needed. The location is perfect! It’s in a great neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to everything we wanted to enjoy. Our first time in AZ and we stayed three nights, wishing it was a longer trip! House was super clean, comfy and cute. We drove up to Grand Canyon on Friday, beautiful drive up and not busy at all. Spent Saturday exploring Sedona, the house is in a quiet cute neighborhood perfectly located close to everything. We did the Teacup Trail and did the Sugarloaf Summit early morning and Slide Rock State Park which was just right and fun for us and our kids that "don't like hiking," haha. Saw javalinas in the morning, heard coyotes at night and relaxed in the hot tub! Thanks for a great stay. ##### Hilary R. It had everything we needed. Fully equipped. Close to uptown but far enough away to avoid the traffic. Red Rock was right down the road. The house was beautiful and very relaxing.
