First Floor Walking into the home, you are greeted by the spacious living area, featuring large windows framing the stunning Sedona landscape and direct access to the outdoor patio. To the right, you’ll find the dining room and a beautiful glass-window staircase leading to the second floor. Adjacent to the dining room is the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. To the left of the living area is a cozy den, complete with a couch, two chairs, and a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo. This space also provides garage access. Beyond the kitchen lies a Queen bedroom with a private patio entrance and an attached full bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, natural window lighting, and a wide sink vanity, creating a serene and comfortable space. Next to the Queen bedroom is the game room, where guests can enjoy a foosball table, futon couch, and laundry room, making it a fun and functional space.
