As you enter this stunning one-of-a-kind split-level home you will be greeted by spectacular walls of quartzite stone, artistic earth-tone Venetian plaster, and beautiful hardwood Brazilian cherry floors. The open floor plan and walls of glass create a light and bright living space, designed to embrace the outdoors. The house features a generous bold-colored galley kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances. The living room feature wall is a symphony of stacked quartzite stone with a backdrop of warm inviting colors of Venetian plaster. The open dining area is large enough to accommodate 6 people comfortably and has direct access to the outdoors. The house has three modern decks and a spacious rear courtyard featuring a sandstone tiled patio and a luxury spa. As the sun rises above Mogollon Rim enjoy breakfast on the south deck or float seamlessly out to the north patio for an early evening drink. The large patio french doors create a breezeway between the living and dining area. The private master suite is located northwest of the property. The lovely master bathroom is finished in lavish quartzite stone and has a huge walk-in shower with double shower heads. The vanity has two sinks with Caesarstone countertops. A generous-sized soaking tub and plush bath towels complete the relaxation of this unique space. All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses with their own private deck and lots of closet space. The second bedroom is located on the west wing and the third bedroom is on the south, both bedrooms have large patio doors to the outside. The second bathroom features two vanities with a Caesarstone countertop, a deep soaking tub/shower combo, and plush bath towels. The half bath is off the living area close to the entrance. The house is surrounded by mature vegetation and has a built-in red rock water feature. Listen to the rolling sound of the water or relax in the luxury 4-person spa and take in the magical vista of Thunder Mountain. This home has an attached two-car garage (the owner currently stores one car in the garage) and a generously sized laundry room with a washer and dryer (located off the kitchen). The house suited our needs perfectly. It was comfortable and the outdoor space was so nice to use. We had grandchildren stay in the bunk bed room and they loved it and the two king suites were great for the adults. Views of Thunder Mountain were nice and we saw many hot air balloons in the distance if we got up early enough. The house was spacious with great sitting areas indoors and out. As we had a longer stay here we cooked a lot for ourselves and found the house well equipped (although we could have used a medium sized sauté pan). The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms lovely, and the furniture was very cozy. The neighbourhood was lovely but there were few places we could walk to. The drives to hikes and golfing were very busy. But when we got back to our vrbo it was quiet, private and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did not utilize most of the area. It is right off the main road in West Sedona. You can see some views but they are mostly blocked by the hill. The master bathroom was nice, however if you want to take a bath I would start the water flowing early, it takes forever to fill. We did not do any cooking, but it appeared to have everything you could need. The back yard was nice. One of the reason I booked this place was for the hot tub & star gazing, however, there was Way Too much chemicals in the hot tub making it unable for use to use or enjoy. We could not breathe sitting in it & made us cough. It therefore made our skin very dry afterwards. We could only go in it that 1 time, which was disappointing. ##### Summer H. I am an Interior Designer and loved the quality of the space and layout. Beautiful vistas abs sunsets. Beds very comfortable. Walkable to many activities/restaurants. Very happy visit with 3 teens.
