Sedona Splendor is a marvelous property located in West Sedona with spectacular red rock views of Sugarloaf and Thunder Mountain, and hiking trails practically out the door. You will also be close to shopping, restaurants and many other Sedona attractions and activities. The remodeled one-level property is spacious with 2,371 square feet and offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bonus room, to accommodate up to eight guests. It is also pet friendly (up to two dogs allowed with prior approval and additional $125 non-refundable pet fee). You will enter this gorgeous home through the front door, stepping right into the great room with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout. This main living area holds the living room, kitchen and dining area. Living Room: Features comfortable leather furnishings, a 65” HD Smart TV with IOS AirPlay streaming capabilities, cable programming, Bose sound bar, Blu-Ray DVD player, and access to the covered patio and backyard. The fireplace is decorative only. Kitchen: The kitchen is open and bright and is fully equipped with all the utensils needed for your homemade meals. You will find stainless steel appliances, including an electric range with double ovens, stone countertops, and a large kitchen island that will make entertaining and meal prep a breeze! Dining Area: A dining table with seating for six or put the new a 4-seat bistro table next to the dining table for additional seating. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Master Bedroom — King size bed, 50” Smart TV, backyard access. The private bathroom features double sinks, walk-in closet, and a separate tile shower. Bedroom 2 — Queen bed, 43” Smart TV, and access to the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds (can be put together for king upon request with additional $30 fee), 43” Smart TV, and access to the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bonus room — Leather sofa, two twin day beds, 55” Smart TV with cable programming/DVD, and a 4-seat bistro table. The bathroom offers stone counters and a tile shower. Outdoor/Patio areas: The resort-style, fenced-in backyard is huge and offers multiple seating and lounge areas. The property could use some bathroom bars for assistance. I would also suggest a handrail for getting in the pool! The location is perfect close to stores Safeway and Whole Foods right down the street. Shopping and attractions are close by by car. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and close to hiking trails. It was also nice to just walk the paths within the neighborhood. The kids loved the pool, all the outdoor seating areas offered plenty of options to relax and enjoy the sun, or shade! Highly recommend! We especially appreciated the fans in each room, and games we were able to play and enjoy! Close to grocery stores, and other shops. The neighborhood for morning walks was gorgeous, and so peaceful. ##### Jami S. Plenty of space for the entire family and a great backyard for kids to play in. The backyard is fenced in with a privacy fence and a gated pool area. We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Not only was it a wonderful house with great features (hot tub, games, big yard), but the views and access to awesome trails and centralized location to everything we wanted to get to were just perfection. We found it just as pictured, comfortable, spacious, clean, great yard, good proximity to hiking trails, town, restaurants, etc. The pool area is great for kids of all ages and adults. Lots of seating and space in the yard with outdoor heaters if needed. The hot tub was clean and hot! Communication with the rental company is quick, clear and friendly. Many landmarks were visible from the backyard, and trailheads were withing walking distance from the property. Outdoor space was well kept and easy to use. Accommodations inside were comfortable and convenient. Grateful to have the Red Rocks parking pass provided, as well as common household items like clothes washer pods, dish detergent, and toiletries. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly.
