We were a group of 4 couples on a 3-night, extended weekend stay. The reservation process and pre-arrival owner communication were fine, as expected. We had water on the master suite floor. The source was a recent issue and the owner was aware. I feel like we should've been notified before arrival but the issue was a minor inconvenience. The only other concerns were a fickle dishwasher latch and no remote for the master suite TV.There are lots of positive aspects of this home:*All rooms, suites, beds and bathrooms beds were clean and comfortable. *The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the little bit of food we prepared there. *We enjoyed stargazing on the front patio and went up to the rooftop to view a SpaceX rocket.*We enjoyed cocktails in the hot tub. *The main LR TV was easy to log into YouTubeTV for watching our favorite college BB team.While the house and property are very nice, we will remember this place for the breathtaking views and proximity to grocers, restaurants, breweries, and the highway in/out of Sedona. We didn't spend much time in the car, once we reached Sedona. That said, we did see (and avoided) considerable slow and stopped traffic going into the "downtown" area. You can't avoid it; just plan for it.Oh - wild hogs will visit each morning. Again, can't avoid; just plan.We would stay here again - without question.
