About this space  
This one of a kind, Frank Lloyd Wright style home is original Mid Century mixed with Sedona southwest. Shaped like a crescent moon, this 5 bedroom (8 beds) 5 bath, 4000+ square foot home has plenty of room for your entire family. Take in the views from 1 of the 93 windows, play ping pong or pool on the breezeway, enjoy the air on the deck or lounge on comfy furniture, explore the 5 acre grounds and venture to sites nearby. Inquire about our other properties to sleep 16+.  
The space  
Truly amazing classic mid century home, nestled on 5 acres of fenced/ gated estate land near Oak Creek.  
  
Custom built in 1964, the home inspired by Frank Loyd Wright and given the name “Winter Solstice”. It’s liked a crescent moon / semi circle, and all rooms beautifully flow with its curved lines.  
  
When you first enter, you are greeted by floor to ceiling windows. Gorgeous built-in wood bookshelves line the back of the living room and a gorgeous stone fireplace stands tall in the center of the room.  
  
Gather in the conversation pit surrounding the wood burning fireplace that provides for ample seating and a unique gathering space. Relax on the leather chairs in front of the 75” TV. You can watch the game or a movie… or cuddle up on the corner of couch and grab a book.  
  
Connected to the living space is the modern kitchen and dining room. Love to cook? You’ll love this space ! Tons of granite counters- all stainless appliances including double dishwashers, and stoves / ovens with gorgeous copper hoods. Side-by-side refrigerator and freezer. Fully stocked kitchen with all the convenience appliances. And we have you covered in the morning. Keurig with plenty of coffee and tea options, creamer, and sweetener! Dining area with a TV and plenty of seating - bar stools and 2 dining tables - one is a convertible ping-pong/pool table!  
  
Next to the dining room is the breezeway, which is a great hang out space! Futons and couches, fireplace, and a ping-pong/pool/dining room table! Have fun , eat, and take in the fresh air!  
  
When it’s time to rest, you have plenty of options. The home sleeps 16 has 5 bedrooms (with a bed count of 8 and 2 air mattresses) and 5 bathrooms. Every bedroom has plenty of closet space and storage.

Located near the breezeway , great space for kids! Built in desk, plenty of closet space. Located in a separate area from the other bedrooms. Breezeway access.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are divided with pocket doors and perfectly lined with the curvature of the home. Gorgeous glass windows with kachina doll etchings line the hallways.

Huge oversized bathroom with separate bath tub area, closet / getting ready space.  
  
Master: King  
All windows with 270° views, all stone wall with fireplace. Completely renovated bathroom.  
  
There are five bathrooms stocked with the necessities you need. Hairdryer, cotton swabs, cotton pads, Dove body natural body wash, and unisex Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner. We also proudly present you with luxury Madison Park towels.

Follow the trail or make your own path. You’ll find Art throughout scattered throughout property- including original Frank Loyd Wright benches.

This is a shared estate. There are three occupied Airbnbs located near the front estate. Almost all of the estate land is in the backyard of this home.
