For the cost of the area its on par, two bedroom private drive. First trip to sedona so was not aware how things worked so cant compare to other spots. We have nothing to say bad about this place. It was clean and everything functioned as needed. Dont expect to have a stocked kitchen or enough to cook with. I would stay here again. ##### Bali S. The house was clean, neat and ... best of all ... cozy. This property is located quite conveniently to the heart of Sedona. Trailheads weren't very far away, and we were able to take a day trip to the Grand Canyon. The owner was super helpful when we had some issues with the door on our arrival. The house is very comfortable and clean, and is located in a quiet neighborhood close to a lot of hikes we wanted to do. We appreciated the extra towels, blankets, and pillows, as well as the ceiling fans in the rooms. We only wished it had a washer & dryer and small measuring cups for dry items (like oatmeal).
