Sedona is a dark sky community to preserve the natural environment and increase the astronomical viewing to residents and guests. Because of this, lights are not permitted outside after 9pm. Located walking distance to main street for shopping and dining. The Pink Jeep tour is an absolute must do! There were some minor issues within the home, which Erik was very quick to respond and resolve. During our stay there was major road construction on the road leading to the home and directly in front of the home, which caused some issues for us. Even though Erik had no control over this, he was very kind and understanding about our concerns.After the road construction is complete, this will be the perfect home for a stay in Sedona. Erik is a wonderful property manager, very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Maria H.
