We are not located onsite but are available remotely 24/7. This home is located in the Village of Oak Creek which is a quiet neighborhood located just outside of the main tourist area of Sedona. This area has many new high-rated restaurants and golf courses. You can expect less traffic and crowds here than in Uptown Sedona, but you are only a short drive to the main tourist areas. A car is required for traveling in Sedona. The pool may be heated for an additional fee of $100/night with a 3-night minimum. The spa is heated at no additional charge. This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am. Our group ranging in age from 2 to 70 years old had a wonderful time here. Red rock views, clean, spacious, open-concept layout with plenty of private bedroom space. Great amenities to enjoy on property and hiking trail right off the neighborhood. Quiet location close to some shops and restaurants. About 25 minutes to uptown Sedona with a plethora of shops, restaurants and sights. Clara was extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this property. ##### Jennifer B. Everything was clean and felt new and updated. We hired a chef to cook for us one night so we could enjoy the outdoors, the views, the pool and hot tub and sauna were amazing and the outdoor lights made the house look even more beautiful than it was. It was very easy to contact the host over text. They were very responsive and helped me with any questions I had. We were located a few minutes from Bell Rock and 15 minutes from Cathedral rock etc. We loved every minute of our stay. ##### Amy M. Was nice that there was a separate "house" with a separate entrance for 2 of the bedrooms with another kitchen. Great property with lots to do. Close to most activities in Sedona. House was comfortable, quiet, and spacious! House and pool were as advertised. Excellent location and views from the house and deck. Only had two issues. The upstairs oven did not work but we used the one downstairs. Also the trash was completely full on arrival and was not picked up all week despite the efforts of the owner. The house itself is unbelievable. Eight bedrooms, plus lots of bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Then the outside is to die for -- pool, hot tub, sauna, putting green, everything. We went down the water slide multiple times. And don't even get me started about the views! The host is incredibly responsive and helped us with recommendations for spa, private chef, and even a psychic. Everyone who came to the house raved about it. Our large family had plenty of space to relax in this gorgeous home. We intended to explore the area and hike, but only got out once because we never wanted to leave! The home and grounds were well maintained and offered something for everyone from soaking in the spa, pool/waterslide, sauna, volleyball, putting green, to napping in swinging beds listening to trickling water and more. The house is well stocked and has all of the basics you need. When we had a couple of small questions and the responses were taken care of immediately.
