This area has many new high-rated restaurants and golf courses. You can expect less traffic and crowds here than in Uptown Sedona, but you are only a short drive to the main tourist areas. A car is required for traveling in Sedona. The pool may be heated for an additional fee of $100/night with a 3-night minimum. The spa is heated at no additional charge. This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am. The house itself had plenty of space, with ample bedrooms and room to spread out, which made it perfect for our group retreat.The views were absolutely breathtaking—Bell Rock was front and center right from the kitchen window. It felt like Sedona’s magic was pouring in with every sunrise.Communication with the property manager was quick and easy (not that we needed much—they had everything dialed in!).We all fell in love with this place and are already talking about coming back. The house is very comfortable, living/dining/kitchen area is a great space to gather and the views are phenomenal. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning works very well and there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy privacy at the end of the fun filled days.The house is showing wear- loose tile in the primary bathroom, could use some paint and the grill area at the pool could be cleaner. Everything was clean and felt new and updated. We hired a chef to cook for us one night so we could enjoy the outdoors, the views, the pool and hot tub and sauna were amazing and the outdoor lights made the house look even more beautiful than it was. It was very easy to contact the host over text. They were very responsive and helped me with any questions I had. We intended to explore the area and hike, but only got out once because we never wanted to leave! The home and grounds were well maintained and offered something for everyone from soaking in the spa, pool/waterslide, sauna, volleyball, putting green, to napping in swinging beds listening to trickling water and more. The house is well stocked and has all of the basics you need. When we had a couple of small questions and the responses were taken care of immediately. House was comfortable, quiet, and spacious! House and pool were as advertised. Excellent location and views from the house and deck. Only had two issues. The upstairs oven did not work but we used the one downstairs. Also the trash was completely full on arrival and was not picked up all week despite the efforts of the owner. Eight bedrooms, plus lots of bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Then the outside is to die for -- pool, hot tub, sauna, putting green, everything. We went down the water slide multiple times. And don't even get me started about the views! The host is incredibly responsive and helped us with recommendations for spa, private chef, and even a psychic.
