The Space: As you enter this beautiful home, you are welcomed by an open concept living area, complete with a kitchen and dining space, all surrounded by windows, offering stunning views from both sides of the home. The design ensures plenty of natural light and a spacious feel. The master king suite offers a private attached bathroom, complete with views of the red rocks, a TV, large closet space, a full body mirror, and extra seating for relaxation. It’s the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Sedona. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a TV, providing a cozy, comfortable space for guests. The third bedroom also features a queen bed, ensuring everyone has their own comfortable space. The second full bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a one sink vanity, and ample counter space, offering both convenience and style. There’s also a third half bathroom for additional guest needs. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals, and it includes coffee and a wine fridge for added enjoyment. Step outside to the spacious patio, where you can unwind in the above-ground jacuzzi while taking in the views. The seating area includes a propane fire pit table, an outdoor futon, and an L-shaped counter with built-in BBQ grill and bar seating, making it the perfect space for relaxing and entertaining outdoors. Guest Access: Check in time is 4pm on your arrival date. The property is Self Check In with the door code and instructions sent to you three days before your arrival. If you're not sure about whether your pet or service animal qualifies under our policy, feel free to reach out to us before booking. When staying with a service animal we require that you maintain control of your service animal at all times. You must take effective action if the animal becomes out of control. The service animal is not to be left unattended in the rental. Service animals are required to be housebroken, so please ensure that they do their business in an appropriate location outside.
