We recommend heating the pool in the months roughly between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: \- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. \- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. \- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book. The sewer smell is atrocious, with open sewage noted.2\. The house needs a deep clean. Dust bunnies, dusty mopboards and floors. Hotels are cleaner.3\. Game room-upkeep needed. Shuffleboard needs waxing. We replaced batteries in basket hoop. Had to buy screwdriver, even though informed in writing there was none. 4\. Hot tub should be drained after previous renters leave. Was not clean. Itchy even after chemicals added. Cloudy. Debris. Source of infection or hot tub itch. I run a health spa, and familiar with cleaning of hot tubs.5\. Asked for partial refund for 900.00 host fee, and no cleaning fee. Neither were refunded. "Kelly's team" was responsive to bring out batteries at 9 at night. 6\. Had to clean the coffee pot to get coffee. 1 pot took an hour. Asked for vinegar, had to buy it ourselves. 7\.
