We are so wonderfully blessed to have finally found our sweet Sedona home, "JVRSweet Sedona". Fantastic views, five minute walk to hiking, walk to uptown and so very peaceful and quiet! Updated 3 Bedroom/2 Bath, one level, mid century modern rambler with all the amenities for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Rain Shower, 3 King Beds, 2 Recliners, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Sleeper Swing, 2 Fire Places, Ping Pong/Pool/Air Hockey table, Hammock, Yoga Mats and Meditation Cushions. Fantastic Red Rock Views and Wildlife . . . are just a few of our home's highlights.

Fully equipped kitchen - Enjoy the Red Rock Views while making your favorite meals. Regular and Keurig Coffee Maker, Double Oven, Cook Top, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Toaster, Blender, Waffle Maker, Crock Pot, Panini/Grill Press, Electric Griddle, Pots and Pans, Wine Glasses, Margarita Glasses, Hand Mixer, Spices etc. This is our home and we like to cook so our kitchen is well equipped.

Dining area - Gather together and enjoy Red Rock views while dining at a table that easily seats eight people.

Arizona Room - Fantastic Red Rock views, TV and a fireplace. Relaxing chairs and a game table for those fun card games, board games, puzzles and more. Separation of space so that some can be watching TV in the living room and others can be enjoying peace and quiet in the Arizona room or watching their favorite show.

Living Room - Enjoy Red Rock views while watching the 55 Inch Smart Television with Cable. Leather couch and chairs for relaxing in front of the fireplace. Pool, Ping Pong and Air Hockey 3 in 1 table to keep the kids entertained (adults too! :))

Office area - Enjoy the Red Rock views while working! Desk and chair.

Newly constructed attached Casita is owner's personal space and is not occupied and is not available for use or rent.

No Smoking or Vaping anywhere on the property. Absolutely, no pets as owner is highly allergic. There are security cameras located on the outside front, the outside side, and the outside rear of our home for security reasons. If you would like the rear security cameras turned off during your stay, please notify us in writing through the Vrbo messaging app at least three days prior to your stay. Thank you!

Jane was an amazing host and the house was as advertised and more! We started our trip by flying into PHX, then driving to Sedona that evening. It was dark when we arrived. Jane was very accommodating with some last minute check-in assistance. We were BLOWN AWAY when we woke up and looked out the window the next morning. The 360* views are awe inspiring. Our whole group enjoyed competing on the billiards/ice hockey combo table. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the implements needed to cook any meal. We had an awesome time. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

Great house and great views. Everything very clean, large well-equipped kitchen. Three couples (from three states) gathered for a reunion in March 2026. We enjoyed all the spaces - especially the patio with its fire pit, hot tub, hammock, eating spaces, and superb views. Our host was attentive. The communications glitches seem to have been in the VRBO system but were resolved. I would recommend this house and would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay in Sedona. The view from the hot tub is top notch! The layout of the house is perfect for a family and my kids loved being able to play on the pool table when we had some down time. The location is also very convenient and you could just walk down to some of the restaurants and shops if traffic is too crazy. The instructions and communication from the owner were clear and easy to follow. We look forward to staying here next time we head to Sedona.

The location was perfect for our group. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping and there were plenty of hiking options within a 20 minute drive. And as the listing states, the views are fantastic - it was lovely to watch the sun come up over the beautiful scenery from the cozy sitting room. Jane was great with communication and was able to accommodate our last minute request to check in early. She touched base throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall a great stay!

This is a beautiful house with outstandings views of Sedona. The house has very confortable beds and sofas. It is perfect to go with kids. It has air hockey, billiard, ping pong, table games, books, etc. the sink of one of the bathrooms was clogged and Ivan came to fix it immediately. Jane (the owner) is great and always ready to help you. She answers very fast. I strongly recommend this house to have a great time

Wonderful home in Sedona with Great Views and a Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Sedona. It was in a great location in Uptown Sedona. The views were amazing! Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a great house. It is very clean and comfortable. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out and relax after hiking on the many trails that are minutes away. It is in a wonderful little neighborhood that you can walk around safely. Check in and communication with owner was also easy

Location, location, location and beautiful view!

My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay in this home. There is a great table for playing games, plenty of outdoor seating and we had a fun time playing foosball. It is conveniently located to many activities, is in a quiet neighborhood, has plenty of room and beautiful views. We recommend you choose this home for your stay in Sedona.

Lovely home in a great location

The location near downtown but tucked away in a residential neighborhood was perfect. We really enjoyed the outdoor area (hammock, hot tub, and seating). There is also a fire pit which we did not use since it was summer. The convertible pool table, air hockey, and ping pong table was also great fun! Beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful views and easy access

The pictures don’t do the views justice! Even if you never left this house you would feel like you experienced Sedona! The home is clean, stocked with fun games, reading material, and lots of great outdoor space! We found hikes just right outside the neighborhood. I’d highly recommend this rental!
