You will find this home set in the sought-after and exclusive private golf community of Seven Canyons. Inside this new townhome, you will find a welcoming and spacious 3,000 square feet of living space over two levels. There are three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms to comfortably sleep up to six guests in comfort. When you enter the home through the front door, you'll step right into the main living area holding the living room, dining room and kitchen — all professionally decorated. Living Room: The spacious living area is adorned with comfortable, contemporary-style furnishings, surrounding a stone front gas fireplace, and Smart TV. Enjoy plenty of natural light and views from the floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. The adjacent patio will let you truly enjoy the red rock views. Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is full equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner gas range with convection oven, and a SubZero refrigerator. You'll also find quartz countertops, lovely cabinets, a walk-in pantry, and convenient bar seating for four. If you are looking to stay in the midst of the beauty of Sedona, and appreciate the solitude - while still 15 minutes away - then this incredible condo is for you. We stayed in this community prior and it was so quiet and peaceful. We had the unfortunate bad luck of construction on the golf course green across the street. At 7am each morning the cement trucks and loading equipment and other equipment with back up alarms started and continued throughout the workday. I know this isn’t typical and was just bad timing but a notification or early disclosure would have been appreciated. ##### Dana D. The views are spectacular from every window and balcony/deck (there are 3) the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensil to prepare meals. The unit is spotlessly clean. Beds are luxuriously comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels, shampoo and soap. They even included laundry detergent. My advice is to grocery shop after you check in, a lot of necessities are already provided.
