The Space: Welcome to your Sedona retreat—a light-filled, thoughtfully designed condo that’s perfect for families or groups. The spacious primary suite includes a king bed, private full bathroom, and a TV for cozy nights in. A second bedroom also features a king bed and TV, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds. The open-concept living area is made for gathering, with a fully stocked kitchen that flows into a generous dining space and a comfortable living room—complete with ample seating and a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Step out onto the private patio, where cushioned seating invites you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Fire up the BBQ grill for casual outdoor meals. A second full bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience, while tasteful decor in natural hues creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. With fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace, it’s easy to stay connected or sneak in a bit of remote work during your stay. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this condo is your perfect home base in Sedona. Guest Access: Check in time is 4pm on your arrival date. The property is Self Check In with the door code and instructions sent to you three days before your arrival. Your reservation must be confirmed through TRUVI to receive check in instructions. TRUVI Requirements: We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to: \-Abide by our rental terms and conditions. \-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. \-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI. \-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay. Check in and Check Out: Check In time is 4 PM AZ Time Check Out time is 10 AM AZ Time Wish you booked more nights? You can ask to add an additional day at any time and we are happy to extend your reservation if there is not a booking immediately following your stay! Pack N Play and Highchair: available at no charge upon request. A $100 per hour fee will be applied for excessive cleaning required after check-out. Unapproved Early Check In/ Late Check Out Fee: $100/hour. This fee is only assessed for early check ins or late check outs that did not contact us and did not receive an approval message via their booking channel. Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome and are not subject to pet fees. We are not responsible for forgotten items. Quiet Hours: Local quiet hours are from 9 p.m. through 9 a.m. and are strictly enforced by the City. Please ensure you have music and other noise turned down during those times. Dark Sky Ordinance: Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. Fire Rings: Fires are not allowed May 1 - October 1\. We also require you to check the Local Fire Ban restrictions in effect before utilizing any outside fire rings available at a property. We reserve the right to request no fires at any time. Local Wildlife: The local wildlife includes deer, skunk, bobcats, and javelina. Please do not try to feed or approach the animals. City Unpermitted Uses: City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings.
