We are located within minutes to Sedona\`s best hiking, grocery stores, galleries, restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and shopping. The house comfortably sleeps 12 in 4 bedrooms with 1 King, 3 Queen, and 2 Full beds plus a sleeper sofa and three luxurious bathrooms. This is the perfect home for families, groups, and retreats. There are numerous biking and hiking trails within walking distance. The views of the mountains in the morning are spectacular, and there are some fantastic restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood. Our favorite is Coffee Pot for breakfast, Fresh & Natural Thai for Asian fast food, Fiesta Mexica and Tortas De Fuego Mexican eatery and Oak Creek brewery for a wide selection of beer. There are several shops and eating places within walking distance. Three energy vortexes (Airport Mesa, Boynton and Red Rock State Park) within 10 minutes driving distance. Kids loved the putting green and the fire pit was a great spot for cold March nights. Barbecue grill was in beautiful shape and the kitchen was easy to cook in with everything you need. Side note - I hate when you go to a VRBO and they don't provide the little things (a roll of paper towels/a couple dishwasher pods). This one had a few of everything. We also used it as a jump off point for a few short hikes - to Sugarloaf Mountain. The more adventurous could even make it down to Soldiers Pass trailhead. Would highly recommend! ##### Jake S.
