Enjoyed daily walks and biking. Saw lots of birds and lizards, an occasional bobcat. House well equipped with kitchen items, linens, etc. TV in living room only. Interior tile stairs to get from lower kitchen up to living room/master bedroom. In Summer, was difficult to cool the upstairs without over-cooling the lower level a bit. The hot tub was a great bonus, especially after our long hikes. Its great there were cooking spices, cleaning/laundry supplies, and paper products. The kitchen cookware, flatware and glassware were great quality. We called twice: 1st for a vacuum cleaner and 2nd to let them know the kitchen faucet needed replacement. They were quick to respond and resolve both issues. Very pleasant and courteous on the phone.
